The hotel has been recently build up along San Feliciano’s lakeside a few metres away from the landing stage to Polvese Island.
The hotel included in the “OASI LA VALLE “ Natural Park, has n° 45 accommodation units:18 one-roomed apartments (2-3 pax), and 27 two- roomed apartments( 2-5 pax), the almost of them with lake view, usable as residence as hotel rooms: for a total of almost 192 beds.
All the apartments are provided with air conditioning.
Outside there is a swimming pool with a private garden where you can admire the wonderful and many-colored sunsets of Trasimeno Lake. The different type of apartments makes it possible from every customer (couples, singles, families ,students groups, 3rd age and also handicapped persons ).
It is very easy to reach S. Feliciano , our hotel is situated in a central and strategic position infact it can be used as a stop for trip by car or by bus to the most famous towns in Umbria and Tuscany:
For example Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, Todi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, besides the wine itinerary (Torgiano, Montefalco, Montalcino, Chianti and Orvieto), the Thermal bath itinerary (Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano, Bagni San Filippo) and Truffle itinerary (Gubbio, Città di Castello, Norcia).
