"Close to the Cenral Station, the young staff is friendly and the room is not too tiny. But that's it: this hotel is basically a youth hostel. My key failed repeatedly, internet was out of order, the lift took ages, breakfast is basic, and the owners clearly did not intend to spend one buck too much on furniture. And there is a really frightening road to cross to reach the place. So, it's ok for a short stay in modest conditions, but the pricing should reflect that -- it's just too expensive now." - Daan Bronkhorst

From central station (ca. 300m):
Leave the central station at the exit Steindamm / S-Bahn and and walk across the rails towards Tourist-Info / S-Bahn to the right in to Kirchenallee. Keep right. At the end cross Steintorplatz / Steintordamm and turn left in to Julius-Kobler-Weg (besides the museum of Kunst und Gewerbe). At the end turn right in to Altmannbrücke and directly left in to Münzstrasse. Take the first street right, Hühnerposten, and straight on in to Schultzweg. At the end you can the see the A&O HOTEL and HOSTEL across the street. Walk to the left to the traffic lights to cross the street.
From airport:
Take the „Airport Express Bus“ to central station. The buses operate each 15 min and take about 25 min to central station. Fares from 5,- € p.P.
