"The first impression of the deluxe side seaview room
was "worn" and small, so we paid more for a family room. Location far from the good restaurants and night market. The first night we came late at night and told them no need to clean our room the next day. The third day they clearned our room, without replacing the drinking water, nor the toothbrush (there was no more toothpaste left). The box for the shower cap was EMPTY. I don't know if they have overcharged us:
we were supposed to pay more USD66 for each night in
the voucher, but they charged us RM231. " - 匿名
