"We lived in the Tower Room, and was very nice, the furnitures and bed linens are pretty modern and of good quality and looks exactly the same from the pictures showing on their website.
Got our own balcony although not facing the espanlade, it was still a pleasurable experience.
Right next to Holiday Inn, and only one street to Espanlade, was a rather good location, walkable distance to the City Centre (Cairns Central) or to the Pier Point for great seafood dinners.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular there was one blonde staff (too bad i cant remember her name) particularly nice no matter when we asked for directions or borrowed the DVD from the counter.
and the bath robe is very comfy too! bonus!
Overall, i'd definitely want to stay in Hotel Cairns again next time." - Silvia Ko
