"My room smelt of smoke after that the room was cleaned and it was a bit better. One barman was perfect friendly and very pleasant manner. Later in the week a second barman was good in service but had a bad manner which several people commented on.

The Crowne Plaza Salzburg - The Pitter is situated in the centre of Salzburg. Located next to the magnificent Mirabell Garden, opposite the Salzburg Congress Centre and only five minutes' walking distance to the picturesque Old Town, the hotel is the perfect base for your business or leisure trip to Salzburg.
We offer 198 guest rooms including Superior rooms, two Junior Suites and a Presidential Suite (120 square metres). All guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, modem socket, trouser press, iron and ironing board, coffee / tea facilities and private safe.
If you travel by car we can offer you our valet service to park your vehicle safely in our garage.
For your culinary indulgence, our fine dining restaurant, Rainerstube, is open from Wednesday to Sunday; from Monday to Sunday our traditional beer cellar, Pitter-Keller, offers Salzburger specialities and international dishes either in the restaurant, or if the weather is fine, in our garden restaurant, Pitter-Garten, which is located in the courtyard. Offering a cosy atmosphere, Plaza Bar is the ideal place for a snack, or a cocktail at the end of a wonderful evening.

Take the exit Salzburg Mitte and follow the direction: ‚Zentrum’. After approximately 1,25 miles you will cross the river Salzach. Turn right at the first traffic light after the bridge. Pass the bridge and turn into the third street to the left (Auerspagstrasse) Next street to the left again (Rainerstrasse). You will find the Hotel on the right hand side of the street. |
