"Overall very disappointed, due to downgraded to twin bed with double bed unavailable (which I was booked). Extended 1 extra night after 2 night stay, they intened to charge me AUD$105 and then lowered to AUD$89 when I said I found it should be at a lower price on that day. They gave me double bed room with odd smell, heater almost didn't work. One of the staff fooled me around on room availability which was the worst. A bit far from the main city, like Hindley street and Rundle Mall. I won't stay there in future." - Kwok Keung Mak
