"A pleasant, modern hotel in a good location. However it does not live up to its 4 star rating, so it is a bit over-priced. None of the staff seemed very cheerful - unusual in Thailand. They charge for wireless internet which is not acceptable these days. Nevertheless, good new rooms with a view of the sea from the balcony, and a nice swimming pool area." - Richard Mabbitt
