"服務態度極差, 如果是經過Hotel Club訂房,一定是分配最劣等的小房間,服務人員有嚴重的種族分別, 特別是對亞洲遊客(特別是華人)很差,最嚴重的是,對客人的保安極差,沒有得到住客批准,可任由外人上樓到房間騷擾住客。
The service is absolutely bad. If you book the room through the Hotel Club, you must be allocated the worst and smallest room. And the front desk staff have the severe racial discrimination , Asian tourists , especially Chinese , will be treated with the worst service. The security is extremely poor and unsafe. Without any permission from the customers , anybody ( not living in the hotel ) is allowed to go upstairs to disturb the staying customers." - 匿名
"這次因為是香港展覽所以飯店都漲價.不得已這家價格比較優惠才會入住.
但是建議下次要選擇入住一定是要選擇非吸煙房間,
因為吸菸房間實在是很差,裡面設備裝潢簡陋不堪.
下次有機會我不會再選擇入住.寧願多點預算選擇其他地方. " - 匿名
