"I already prepaid and showed receipt to reception. However, they still charged me full without any explanation. For instance, I preapaid 20.25USD and the balance is 113.xx USD. They charged me 151USD. After argued with staff, they refunded 20.00USD to me, and this is not full amount for prepaid. This is really ridicuous and poor management and payment system that I have never seen before in USA. It shall be ranked as one star hotel in your list." - 匿名
