"During my stay ( 08-12 February 2009 ) the Air-conditioner switch
control Cool + Heat, I selected cool but unfortunately the air-con
system still come up with heat air, I tried to called the front desk but
the answer was " you can open the window if you want the cool air "

"said hotel internal comminucation is poor , because my flight from other city to Kunming is delay more than six hours, but i shall called their front desk let hold my reservation room , but they cancelled my booking , and i belive said hotel only want received credit card payment only visa or master or cash , because i despoit my AE card to them , but they said it is non-accepted credit card that card machine is shown , but i do not believe , because i have been use it in all worldwide trip and also just use it b4 i visit their hotel in eight hours........................" - 匿名
