"The room offered through the [website] was right at the top (good views) but for a double room was tiny. (It would even have been small for a single). You couldn't get round the bed as it was against a wall. However, the manager/manageress were very good and sorted a better room for the 2nd night. Breakfast OK" - Anonymous

"Great location with very efficient and friendly staff. The only downside was the room I was upgraded to which was in the basement. The window was open when I checked in and smelt a bit musty due to the damp on the arches. The smell became very overpowering during the night and I transferred to the single bed at the other end of the room ...so if offered room 2 request another!
