"The service from one of the staff - Tony (an Asian guy) at the reception desk was really bad. He was not helpful, not able to solve problem, no alternatives provided, bad attitude and impolite. I need to rise my complaint to his manager to resolve the issue. The location of the hotel is very good but other than that the room, swim pool are also very small. " - pui wai wong
