"This is a total nightmare to me. I never thought of a 2 star rated hotel at this price level will equipped like or even worse than a hostel or lousy motel. Having hair on sheets and make my skin irritated. No phone and no amenity. The worst thing is the water from shower is grey in color and full of tiny hair or dirts inside. My skin is itchy and allergy after showered. Bedrooms and the entire hotel are old enough to fall apart, windows beside the lobby is broken and I thought it isn't belong to the hotel but to an abandoned building. Unfortunately and surprisingly, it is belong to the hotel! They really need a renovation right away and I will never stay in this hotel ever again!
