"The Legend Hotel is in a good location and the staff are friendly and informative. The beds are comfortable and the room is neat and tidy, containing a TV, fridge (with minibar), hairdryer (in the bathroom), central heating and a split system airconditioner/heater. Unfortunately, we were able to hear the toilet and showering habits of the person in the next room. During our stay, the bar/reception and foyer area on the ground floor were being renovated. This resulted in all lounge seating being removed, the foyer smelling of paint fumes and the hot water not being turned back on several times (in February). " - Anonymous
"The hotel is easy walking distance to the Sultanamet and the tram, making it easy to explore all the major sites we wanted to see over 3 days on our own. They do offer tours for those interested. The staff stowed our things when we arrived too early to check in and when we were leaving hours after check-out, even inviting us to have breakfast on the morning we arrived. Our room was very clean and we had fresh towels and the beds made up each day, something not done many places in Turkey. "Don't believe their website. They do NOT have concierge service, airport shuttle, currency exchange, or in-room safes. Their satellite TV has one English-language station (ESPN); the rest are in Turkish. In spite of all of this, I enjoyed my stay and would go back to this hotel." - John Hagenbuch
