"One teaspoon, one dessertspoon, 3 teabags between 4 adults, one saucepan comprised the cooking pots in kitchenette. No milk provided (not even UHT milk) for a cup of tea due to "health regulations". Bedrooms have no window ventilation and are extremely small even in the "superior" apartment. Mattresses and pillows very uncomfortable as is "lounge" furniture. Our sleep was interrupted by smoke alarms, emergency evacuation warnings and firemen knocking on our door (false alarm). No acknowledgement or apology by staff. Two out of three door key swipes did not work. Conditioner provided but no shampoo, three towels for four adults. We stayed 3 nights, in both standard and superior apartments. Not recommended. "It is a pitty there was no phones in the room." - Samantha Taylor
"after discovering the room was the size of a match box i went to get a glass to find only mugs in what is considered a "fully contained apartment" and then a tea spoon to find a rusty excuse for a teaspoon. but i think the icing on the cake was when the door handle fell off the corridor door and we were forced to smell the putrid smell of food that was being cooked in a neighbouring "contained apartment" due to a lack of ventilation and obviously no canopy to rid the fumes. All in all i would not for the life of me stay at this apartment, for the truth is that we were so disgusted that battled for a taxi (on new years eve) and we got a cab home. Oh i almost forgot to mention the balcony! on the second floor the balcony was a foot long and about five steps wide with the view of a concrete slab! " - Anonymous
"At the [website] price it was a good deal - would not pay full price - was unable to check in early but they did hold my bag. Location is good - not far to trams and lots of food. Good coffee nearby is a challenge." - Greg Holdsworth
