"Very poor service at this hotel. I asked for a pillow for the bed on the first night and didn't receive it until the third night, just before we checked out the next day. I had to ask if the bed was a double, it looked like a large single. The room appeared set up as a single - one of everything but was told it was a double. The bathroom was very dirty. By car - The hotel can be easily reached from all the motorways, following directions to the centre of the city and Milano Centrale. Once you get to Milan, follow directions to the central railway station.
By train - The hotel is located 5 minutes walk away from Milan central railway station. Go past piazza Duca dAosta and walk along via Napo Troiani, on the left side. When you reach the first roundabout, take the second turn on the right and there you are in via Carlo Tenca. Walk on for about 30 m until you reach number 21, on the right side.
By plane - The hotel is 30 minutes far from Linate airport and 50 minutes far from Malpensa air-port. Coaches to both airports leave from the central railway station. |
