"Recommend if location is your sole concern. I spent a week in this hotel. My experience could summarize by a few words – unpleasantness, disappointment, and annoyance. Room : Talking of cleanliness, I'd say okay, but the sound insulation of the wall is absolutely POOR. If you enjoy overhearing what other talking and doing next door, or the other way round, I must say you will be more than happy with your stay. Be careful, they may forget to close your door after making up your room !!! Staff : They were consistent in facial expression – no smile and pulled their face all times. What’s worst, I was being rudely told that invoice checking was inappropriate and kind of insult and I should have trusted their computer system. This is not their culture. Why couldn’t they respect mine’s? As an international customer, I felt being discriminated. The duty manager said they don’t care coz’ more than 90% of their guests are local. Must say this is the worst experience I ever had !!! " - 匿名
