"Overall okay except the manner of a front desk lady, who I asked her to fix my room's safe. She came over the 1st night and she said she couldn't fix it until next day 9:00am. So next day I asked her to fix again, but she answer me impolitely that "I said I tried to fix but no guarantee". Turn out the safe is never fixed.
The other front desks are very helpful, e.g. in booking shuttles and selling the phone card. Will book again because of it's location and nice room." - Peter Tsang
