"Nice view from the breakfast buffet on the top floor. My room had no external window (which I knew in advance). The toilet was positioned so close to the shower that I had to sit almost sideways to have room from my knees. The aircon unit had an annoying transient noise for a 10 or so seconds once every 30-60 mins which took a bit of getting used to, but after 1 or 2 nights I could sleep through it. 2 free internet PCs in the lobby but extremely slow at times. There are 3 (slow) elevators in the building but they operate independantly so you have to push all 3 buttons to be sure to get the closet one!
Apart from the above, I have no complaints. This hotel seems to provide an appropriate level of service for the price." - Andrew Barton
"My main peeve is that we were put in a room (a alleged upgrade!) and there was noise of construction in the afternoon. We left to visit the city and when coming back at 8PM the noise of drilling and hammering was unbearable! Complaints to management did not result in a cessation of the noise but after much discussion to apologies and the relocation to a room that had been recently renovated but did not have a window (not recommended for those who are claustrophobic!)
