"The only positive outcome from this one-night-stay (instead of planned 4) was the cash I got back. The advertising of "basic but clean" doesn't match - we found hair all over our bed linen which was very "basic"-totally worn out is the description. No one was in the house but they had the storage room door open-we bedded ourselves and took those missing towels. Anyway, no cold water in the shower (think 35-C Granada in July). The place might suit seasonal workers or a hiker who can't put his tent in a park and needs a place before Alhambra visit, but for +5euros/day you can easily find MUCH better place to stay in Granada. "The hostal is located in a quiet part of town, a bus which takes you to the center of town stops in about 50 yards of the front door. The rooms are clean and the beds very good. But most of all, the kind hospitalty of the host is great. " - Edwin Loonen
