"Through HotelClub I made reservation for 2 nights' stay at the hotel in March 2007. When I arrived the first day at around 5pm, I was given a room at the first floor, with a small window overlooking the airconditioning plant of the hotel. For that, I could not open the window and the room was terribly dim. The bath room was really torn out. Then I asked for another room. The front desk replied that the whole hotel was fully, at 5pm! I later passed by the lobby at around 7pm for going out and noticed that there were some people checking in! It seemed that it was because I paid the internet rate and we were Asian that we were not offered another room. Only after I complained the next day again, I was moved to the opposite room at the same floor. It was much better -large windows facing the street, with plent sunlight coming in. So paying the internet rate for the first room, it was a terribly poor deal! For me, averaging out, it was not a good experience staying there!" - Ching Yee CHAN
