"I will never never never visit this hotel again. the receptionist is not professional, no smile. No room service, we need to go down to the reception to get our charger adaptor!!! What kind of service is this. the price is not cheap, A$169, the place is not good, nothing else nearby, no restaurant, the closet convenience shop is also bad. we ask for highest floor, it gives us just 2nd floor. No view. Room is small. If we choose place near George street, any one hotel will be better than this one. Really toooooooooooo bad!!!! No more Vibe group hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" - 匿名
