"the clerk is not trained,they charged the room price again as he doesnt understand English and ignore the all the documets of confirmation recipt. even we had an interpreter the staff didnt listened to his word and refused to call the customer servise to make sure that we had already paid. he said its not his job!! worst is he also gave the different room for us,room didnt provide the aircondtion and toilet was broken,we couldnt sit on it.and the shower room was blocked as well.the location is not near to the underground,if you want to live here.plz make sure you understand their french working style." - 匿名
