"Nice hotel, friendly staff and a reasonable restaurant. One bus stop away from the South airport and close to El Medano and Playa Del Las Americas; take the direct bus from the main road rather then the rural route than passes through San Isidro. San Isidro is a village rather then a resort so prices for food/drink are much cheaper then in Playa Del Las Americas etc but if you want night life/beach life go into the nearby resorts." - Anonymous

Hotel Description:    The Hotel Monica Sur is three star hotel, priding itself on its professional yet family atmosphere. Located 5 kilometres from the famous beach of El Medano and only 4 kilometres from the southern international airport, Reina Sofia. The hotel has 91 comfortable double rooms that are equipped with all normal amenities such as TV and refrigerator and have a terrace and is close to shopping centres yet situated in a quiet side street.

Hotel Monica is not suitable for youngsters wishing to party every night but is ideal for those wishing to experience the lifestyle and atmosphere of the true Tenerife. It makes an ideal stopover point for those travellers going on to or returning from La Gomera or the other Canary Islands. The hotel has spacious lounges for conventions or social events. The hotel restaurant offers both local and international cuisine
