"The hotel was in renovation and when i had entered the room, there is a heavy smell of dust and the linen was not clean throughly. When i had requested for another room, i was given a room that is more worst than the original room.The lighting in the room is more worst than the light in my store room. when i told the Assistant Manager that i would like to upgrade my room, i was told that there is no more room in the hotel even i am willing to pay for the upgrade. The Assistant Manager had given me the impression that i am asking for free upgrade where i do not have any intention to get the upgrade for free... I surely would not recommend this hotel to anyone even this is the last hotel there is in Hong Kong!! " - Anonymous
"The location of Imperial Hotel Hong Kong was great. Close to many shops, train station, Star ferry station, etc. The hotel itself was great for the price they charge. It has clean sheets, a bathroom, cable tv, refrigerator, hair dryer...everything I needed. It was not very flashy or anything, but then again, it was not bad at all. " - Anonymous
