"Location? Located at what appears to be the wrong end of town next to a few adult shops, one of which promises strippers from $2. I wouldn't recommend for families. Facilities? The bar come restaurant was closed most of the weekend we stayed. We did manage to grab a drink at the bar. Feels very much like a back street bar, which it is, vs a the bar at a hotel/serviced appartment. Recommended for businessmen travellers. " - Anonymous

Hotel Description:    Medina Executive Barrack Plaza is a newly opened 99 room Apartment Hotel, located in the heart of Perth near the intersection of Barrack and Wellington Streets. Close to the city shopping malls, main Railway Station and a short walk to Barrack Street Jetty and Northbridge.

Getting There: The main entrance to Medina Executive Barrack Plaza in on Barrack Street. If you are driving to the hotel (parking must be pre-booked-limited availability)it is easier to drive directly to the carpark entrance on Wellington Street. Entry is just before the intersection of Wellington & Barrack Streets, look for the sign advising Medina guest parking turn in to the left and press the intercom for reception.
Check-in Procedure: The registered guest must present their valid credit card upon check-in with a photo ID. A pre-authorisation will be taken on the credit card for any incidentals.
Car Parking: Limited Carparking is available on site for $22.00 per vehicle per night (max. of one vehicle per apartment). Car Parking must be pre-booked hence the hotel must be contacted directly to check availability.
Child Policy: (Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel)
Rollaway beds can be added to either one or two bedroom apartments at an additional cost of $40.00 per night. Please note only one extra bed is available in each apartment.
Baby Cots are available for $5.00 per night in either one or two bedroom apartments.
