"We arrived from airport at approx 11.30pm and after checking in we found the bar closed......which i have unherad of before in an excellent hotel
Its good that you have a coach service to the airport but needs to be organised better, where people had been left waiting for a long period of time up to 45mins before we got unboard........and we were told it would take even longer to order a taxi

"A new hotel with no heart, The receiption/bar area cold and clinical with red seating,white walls and white neon lights no place to enjoy a romantic evening drink. Staff appear unhappy and unfriendly, Not built for tourism, not one leaflet on pisa and surronding area all that was available was A4 print of the city centre. Courtesy bus has irregular service that must be booked in both directions as only 8 seats.Give breakfast a miss you will only be disappointed." - john paul strathearn
