"The hotel was clean and modern, really nice inside and reasonably roomy. The security is crazy, tags to get everywhere, my sister was in another tower so i couldn't visit her and it was difficult to get around due to the tags. The reception was always busy and a bit slow. Oaks Charlotte Towers was in a great location but had to do 3 laps of Charlotte Street to find it as i knew it was in Charlotte street but did not know the number.
