"The hotel was offering a upgrade from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment for no extra cost. When we arrived they upgraded us again to a 2 bedroom apartment for no extra cost and also provided breakfast for 4 people even though we had only booked and paid for 2 people. "Furniture was old and knocked about. There was not any garbage bin except in the bathroom. Exhaust fan was constantly on in bathroom... very noisy !Telephone in room did not work properly. Location was great and it was very quiet which was great. Staff were helpful and polite. " - Anonymous

Bus transfers, taxis and limousine services are available directly from either Coolangatta or Brisbane domestic airports, and Brisbane International Airport, and will drop you off at the front door of the resort. |
