The entire staff was only one man, who left the building and made us wait for our room to check in for 15min, and he was rude when we rang his mobile to ask where he was.

"I find the overall cleanliness of the room is bad. The kitchen utensils are rusty and not clean. When we have extended for another day they won't give us clean towels if I did not ask for it. In my opinion it should be authomatic that they have to provide you with this kind of service without asking." - Jeanette Lanojan
