"The Embers Bar with open log-fire was a bit disappointing as it was so open and airy that it was drafty. The buffet breakfast was quite cold. While it is hard to keep bulk food warm, this was very ordinary." - Anonymous
"A lovely hotel in a naturally beautiful setting. Terrific place to take children, but also suitable for couples or those wanting a quiet getaway." - Anonymous
"If you are after accomodation to which you can take your 90 year old granny, and your 4 year old, then this is it! If you want some quiet time with the family or a romantic weekend, then forget it. The rooms are ordinary, and overpriced. Nothing is included, no opportunity for robbing you of a few more dollars is overlooked. The facilities are okay, but starting to look run-down. The service is cheery, and the convivial atmosphere is the nicest thing about it --- no one feel intimidated here. If you are looking for a more "boutique-y" experience, go elsewhere. " - Anonymous
"Great venue but service was ordinary and the drink prices over the top.
Nice place to stay ... but there are probably other options in the Blue Mountains which are better value " - Anonymous
