"I booked the hotel the day before. Excellent price and the location was great.Would recommend it." - Claire Rosedale
"Some staff behind the counter were very friendly and helpful, but there were others who let the team down, and their service was below average - at times it was as if they were doing you a favour by providing expected service. It almost seemed like some staff thought they were only running a hostel, and not also a 3* hotel. On the whole though, a great hotel with spectacular location." - Anonymous
"Location on Washington and Espanola is a big plus. The initial room we had was terrible when we checked in, very congested with no facilities. However, after discussing with reception, they upgraded us to a twin double bedroom with little fuss and were very accommodating. This is a good place to stay if you are spending minimal time in your room like we did. The walls are a bit gross and the bathroom isn't very clean but it's ok." - Anonymous
"Service upon arrival was bad. We were given a small room which had a terrible smell. The bathroom door couldn't open since it touched the sink. The tiles in bathroom were broken and not even.
THE WORST THING was water dripping on us from the ceiling in the middle of the night. We were moved to another room which was SO NOISY that we couldn't sleep all night. We had not expected such bad conditions. Really shameful!" - Anonymous
