"I knew at time of booking that there was consturction work going on.Rather noisy around the pool area. The beach is through the hotel grounds, yet there was no real path created past the buidling works - access ducking under a pole and sqeezing through bushes!! Rather disappointed that Weekender only provided (not many!!)Deckchairs for guests on the beach (other hotels had beds with mattresses!!!) especially as it was often too noisy round the pool. Sunbeds really are a must!!! Stayed in Thai house - huge with 2 king sized beds. Cleaned and given fresh pool towels daily. Breakfast good. Excellent location. Would love to return when building wk finished. Excellent value for money. V small safety deposit boxes tho! Drinking water provided daily. Had a great holiday." - Leonie Fitzgerald
"Weekender has multiple pricing levels with the cheapest rooms (which we had booked) farthest away, near the street. However, the noise was not a problem and the rooms although basic were very clean. property is right on the beach which is an advantage and had good big breakfast buffet." - Mia Delorme

Weekender Resort has a beach of solf white sand, crystal clear waters and fringing coconut palms. It is located in the middle of Lamai Beach, not too far away from the entertainment area, but scedualed enough for guests to enjoy the tranquility of a luxurious restful island holiday.
