"Great Value Hotel for the price. If you are driving parking will be an issue. Although street parking is free in certain areas it can be tough to find and in some cases undesirable for both your vehicle and personal safety. The lots in the area fill up quickly from the regular commuters as well and only a few are 24 hours.

"Stayed in this hotel from 4th of December for 5 nights.
We were in room 707 and lucky to be not looking out onto the rubbish dump there. This is a great location where the subway is about a minutes walk and you can get to timesqaure in about 10 minutes(7 line is the easiest to TS)
You might think that the breakfast bar is far to small but the longest we had to wait was about 5 minutes. There is 24 hour coffee service which is nice when you come in from the cold!
A PC and printer on floor 1 which is useful and a small gymn area.
Overall we really enjoyed statying at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. If you are going to Woodbury common then just take line 7 to TQ Bus terminal where you can purchase the tickets.
The towels were very small was the only really downside!!

"The hotel was clean and staff was excellent.
The big problem was the very dingy industrial neighbohood. Please exert your influence to get New York City and Long Island City to:
1. Organize and rationalize the street configurations and names. It is the worst I have ever seen ( 43rd St, 43rd Ave, 43rd Rd, right around each other!!) and confusing angles. We got lost several times.
2. Most easily fixed is the lack of street signs, With very confusing turns, there are small or NO street signs at all, like around Queens Boulevard and Jackson Ave. And getting lost at the Queens base of the 59th St. bridge was a disaster. All this will make development of this neighborhood impossible unless it is simplified and cleaned up. So your hotel, for cars, will be stuck in an ugly, confusing urban chaos. At least provide the hotel with detailed maps for guests to carry with them. And. pressure the city to clean up the neighborhood and simplify traffic, please. " - Lee Bailey
"Very good hotel with very friendly staff. Queensboro Subway station is nearby the hotel which makes commuting into Manhattan easy.The only downside is the location which looks slighly unpleasent to me. Anyway the staff assured me the area is relatively safe. " - SRITHAR RAJOO
