"Nice hotel with reasonable pricing, with features like marble toilet tiles, balcony, hair dryer, mini bathtub, large shower enclosure. The hotel cafe's pretty decent, and the restaurant on the top floor (Four Winds) was excellent! Service was friendly and prompt, swimming pool and gym are adequate.
The only two things I wish were better was the distance from the beach and the fact that very limited cable channels were available." - Elgin Lam
"This was the second hotel that I stayed at in Surfers Paradise, and it is vey clean and in good location. Bus services run by the hotel with reasonable charges which made our movement in the city somewhat easier. It has a resturaunt that turns around it self which is worth to dine at. "The coffee shop supervisor (breakfast) is very friendly and professional. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The fresh fruit juice station is brilliant, great croissants and Danish pastries.
The uniform’s worn by the breakfast shift at the coffee shop looked tired and worn out.
