"The staff is rude. Communicating in English is a problem. The kitchen/dining area/restaurant has stray cats and dogs walking in and out.Lots of mosquitoes/insects in the rooms,buildings,restaurant and everywhere around.If you have booked@57USD/night, they'll charge 57x34,whereas the exchange rate is 31BHT!They will not exchange 34k BHT for 1k USD though.All settlement is in BHT only.They charge 2% and 5%extra if you pay by Mastercard/Visa and Amex respectively!!All restaurant expenses can be paid cash only in Thai currency.Must avoid staying here at any cost." - VISHAL SINGH

Selective sizes and types of serviced apartments for daily, monthly and yearly stays. Sizes : studio 50 sqm. to Penthouses (450 sqm.). The apartment suites are fully furnished, bright and neutrally coloured with light oriental overtones. The spacious balconies allow for the best of high-rise living, taking in spectacular views of The Floraville Club and surroundings. House keeping and cleaning are conducted daily.
It takes about 10 minutes by driving to the Suvarnaphumi Airport by motor way and near the express way to downtown (only 30 minutes). For shopping convenience, the shopping malls, department stores and golf courses are within the neighbourhood. The Floraville Club takes liberty in extending club memberships including : 1/2 acre Swimming Lagoon and Sport Indoor.
