"I did not expect the hotel to be this nice. The breakfast was made to order which was a plus. I like the swimming pool on the rooftop. The staff were very friendly. The place was exteremely safe, and they called us everytime a visitor was leaving or coming in which I believe was something new to me! "Have stayed here twice in last three months. Generally very good, spacious, comfortable and well equipped - especially the kitchen. Only comments are :1) standard of room cleaning varies from cleaner to cleaner. Ray is great! However, others may leave washbasin and bath unwashed - don't clean floor or replace loo paper. 2)Service is efficient. eg. DVD broke down on both trips, but quickly repaired or replaced. 3) Maintenance and front desk staff are courteous and professional. Overall this is a great place to stay and I will go back happily.
