"Cleanliness - Typical Japanese-levels of hygiene which is excellent when compared to the rest of world.
Facilities - Basic, nothing to shout about. The bathroom is puny.
Service - Very polite. But I think only one staff spoke English. Had a tough time getting info when he was not on duty.
Location - Good cos it is near Tokyo station. The main station for Shinkansen. About 700 yen by taxi, or one train station away.

"The service and standard was great. The room is as big as any european hotelroom around the same class. The communications was exellent, close to a Metro station made it easy to go anywhere in Tokyo plus they got an seven elevenstore right outside the door where you can buy other necessities if needed.
