"The rooms were small and we did not get the requested non-smoking rooms. I guess I was naively hoping for something more "grand".

The noise level from the outdoor restaraunt, opposite, showed soccer on a large screen and was quite noisy ( until 3 am every night) " - Ian Lonnie
"Charges for everything from internet to parking (no complimentary parking for guests). Morning breakfast was poor. Staff was alright and friendly. However, room provided was next to lift with continuous noise throughout the night affecting sleep. Will not stay there again." - Anonymous
"pretty sad to have tea and coffee making facilities (a jug and 2 cups, plus running water in the bathroom), but NO tea bags or coffee ... difficult to buy after midnight arrival.
