Standard Double or Twin Room
Being a small “boutique hotel” in the historical centre, our standard rooms are fairly small but very clean, comfortable and stylish. The rooms have either one large bed or 2 twins (as you request), ensuite washroom (shower or bathtub/shower combination) with hairdryer, colour tv with satellite reception, direct dial telephone, mini-bar and individually controlled heating and air-conditioning. Some are located in the main property and others are located in our townhouse suites. Rooms assigned according to availability on arrival date.

By air:
If you land at Rome "Fiumicino" airport you can reach the Condotti Hotel :
- By train, the "Leonardo Express" will take you to Roma Termini Station in 35 minutes. From the Station you can take a taxi or the A line of the subway, getting off at the Piazza di Spagna stop. The Condotti Hotel is about 100 mt. from the subway station.
- By taxi you come right to the Hotel (about 30 km from the airport). The cost varies from 50 to 55 €.
By train:
When you get to the Roma Termini Station you can take a taxi or take the A line of the subway and get off at the third stop, in Piazza di Spagna (fare: 1 euro). The Condotti Hotel is about 100 meters from the subway station.

All of our guests much check-in at the reception desk of Hotel Condotti. Baggage service is available until 8.00 pm. |

Our properties are located in the historical centre of Rome which is a "ZTL or limited traffic zone". No private cars are permitted access unless they are residents. The closest garage is the underground Villa Borghese parking lot. |
