"Hotel Sophia was very well furbished and in a great spot. Breakfast and where is was held was ok but not as good sas imilar hotels we have stayed at. Car parking was a bit of a walk away with luggage and it would have been good to have been able to leave the car there longer than overnight- we had to get the car out when we checked out. Overall - very impressed with value for money, thankyou, would stay there again." - Tracy Hargreaves
"Very clean and new room, well presented. Did not have a kettle and even though we asked for one it was never brought up. Breaky was not worth the time. Very slow bringing out food, not enough tables and wasnt that nice anyway. Might stay again but wouldnt rush back." - Anonymous
"Disappointed with the room. It was a bit like sleeping in a cupboard. Bedside table was at the end of the bed as there was no room for any in the normal position. Had to get into bed from the bottom! Hanging space was pathetic. Did not sleep well due to noise outside. Was woken up at 4.00am by truck emptying some sort of bin. Glad we only stayed one night. We would not go back." - Anonymous
"Room was very clean though smaller than expected. Bathroom was also small and needed towel racks and space for guest toiletries. (This was for a Standard Room.)
Complimentary breakfast was basic, though good. Could have used a selection of fresh fruit though.
Wireless broadband access was well priced for a hotel ($4/hr, less for longer sessions), though access was intermittent from the room I stayed in.
Customer service at reception was good.
Would stay there again." - Anonymous
