"Small rooms, friendly service, good air conditioning, excellent breakfast buffet, albeit eggs on order would be a nice touch as the scrambled eggs lower the standard of this otherwise good and fresh food. Location fine, right above the metro station. "Stayed there for seven nights. Very clean room, no dust noticed. Good room size, similar to Hongkong and Malaysia. Nice touches include a column of shelving to store clothes. Twin beds are spacious and firm. Each bed has 2 pillows, a choice of a firm and soft pillows. Proper bathroom, not the moulded kind. Hot water works well, able to keep a consistent water temperature and pressure. No views, room looks at the JRA building. LCD TV and digital safe. A free Internet station is available by the reception. Conveniently located, elevator connects direct to Ginza 1-Chome Metro subway station exit 11, and it is a short walk to the Ginza Metro station. Also an easy walk to JR Yarakucho and Tokyo stations. I just walked to Tokyo JR station for the Shinkansen and Narita trains (with my luggage) rather than go through the hassle of transferring from Metro to JR. "Staff very helpful and speak good english, location is great, as next to a subway station, walking distance to some of the major sites, only about $11.00 for a taxi from JR main Tokyo station, plenty of places to eat and MacDonalds is next door for the kids, all the designer shops are in the Ginza are, would highly recommend and would stay again" - sam grech

Getting There:

Limousine Bus service available from both Haneda and Narita Airports to the Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-Cat). To/from the hotel is 8 minutes by Taxi. From Narita International airport, the JR Narita express stops at Tokyo Station. To/from the hotel is 5minutes by Taxi.
By subway, the Yurakucho line stops at Ginza -itchome Station. Exit No 11 has direct elevator access into the hotel. The Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from both the Ginza and the Hibiya station stations: Access to the Ginza line, the Marunouchi line, the Hibiya line, the Namboku line, the Chiyoda line, the Mita line and Yurakucho line.
From Ginza Icchome Station(Yurakucho Line) - directly connected from exit No.11.
From Ginza Station(Ginza Line / Marunouchi Line) - 4min. walk from exit No.A13.
From Higashi-Ginza Station(Asakusa Line) - 4min. walk from exit No.A8.
