"We did not realise we had an unserviced unit which meant we were expected to use the same towels for 3 days or pay for additional ones. There was no heated towel rail to dry the towels. The lights in the bathroom and one in the main room did not work and after having to ask twice and then after a lot of attempts to fix them, we were finally moved to another room. This should have been offered earlier as we had discussed how tired we were from a long day's travel. The external door onto the balcony could not be locked and this was a concern since it was a shared balcony. We were very upset with this accommodation as we did not get value for money. We received no receipt when we paid, the man serving was distracted by another customer and he also took a phone call while still dealing with us. Customer service really needs attention." - Anonymous

"Bathroom smelt very musty like there had been a flood there at some stage or other. A camera lens attachment was left on the floor by the previous occupant. This leads me to query whether the floor had been cleaned before our arrival? The free drink voucher entitlement was never mentioned and I couldn't see anywhere that we could get a drink from anyway." - Anne-Marie Nicholls
