Chums Spa Villa 2 nights
"Chums" is the only two storey accommodation at Ruffles and was originally designed as an area for our friends, hence the name, but has now been upgraded to guest accommodation and is affectionately known as "Chums' Up" and "Down". Chums Up has a large deck area with a day bed and has filtered views to the coast and valley to the north. The outlook over the large gardens is pleasant and gives a feeling of peace. To maximize the outlook from Chums Down we have included sliding glass doors and patios on both sides. The north looks out over the gardens and the south has views through the eucalypt forest. They are both 63sq metres and have sunny northerly aspects. Up has a Queen size bed and Down a King and both have double divan beds (with inner spring mattresses) and spacious bathrooms with double Spas. The living areas are equipped with log gas fires for winter comfort and 42" Plasma TVs and sound systems. They are both equipped with high speed internet connections.

Garden Villa 2 nights
The interior design of our garden villas is one of style with warmth and airiness and the use of beautiful timbers including one hundred-year-old flooring. Each has its own covered deck and the bathrooms are large by anybody’s standard, with double doors they can be entered from either side of the bed. Every effort has been taken with the choice of linen and toiletries for your comfort, the bed is king size that can be unzipped to make twins.

Garden Villa
Das Innendesign unserer Gartenvillen ist ein Stil von Wärme und Leichtigkeit und von hübschen Holz, einschließlich des über 100 Jahre alten Holzbodens. Jede davon hat ihre eigene Dachterrasse und die Badezimmer sind groß für jedweden Standard. Durch die Doppeltüren sind sie von jeder Seite des Bettes aus begehbar. Mit der Auswahl der Bettwäsche und Toilettenartikel für Ihr Wohlbefinden wurde keine Mühe gescheut; das Bett ist Kingsize und kann zu zwei Einzelbetten auseinandergebaut werden.

Tree House Pool Villa 2 nights
These three new Villas are situated 200 metres from the main Lodge and are built into the side of the hill, “pole house” style. There are breathtaking views from the plunge pool and two decks.
Attached to each Villa is undercover parking and a place for the golf buggy, which can be used to move between the Villa and the Lodge. The bedroom is on a mezzanine level, two steps below is the living area leading to the deck and pool areas. The bathroom with its free-standing Spa bath also has spectacular views.
For winter comfort and atmosphere each Villa has a Log fire and it goes without saying they are air-conditioned. They have a total area of 61 sq metres not including the decks or pool.

Executive Suite 2 nights
The luxury Executive Suite situated at the northern end of the Lodge with spectacular views from the living room to the coast and a northerly aspect across the valley from the spacious bedroom. This would surely rate high amongst the best accommodation available on the Gold Coast or Brisbane. The overall size of the suite, excluding the surrounding deck is 86 sq.metres. The suite also has it's own private garden.
The bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in dressing room with ample areas for suitcases; TV, large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and the beautifully appointed bathroom has a spa bath.

Ruffles Lodge, im Februar 2003 eröffnet; überwältigende Aussicht, eine beschauliche Umgebung und hübsch eingerichtete Villen sind nur ein paar der Attraktionen dieser exklusiven Unterkunft. An einem Hang mit weitreichender Aussicht gelegen, befindet sich das Ruffles im Hinterland der Gold Coast und nur 8 Minuten vom Motorway entfernt. Ein idealer Platz für eine private und abgelegene Auszeit. Essen gehen ist eine Erfahrung für sich, mit all den verschiedenen Essmöglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack. Wir haben einen umfangreichen Weinkeller. Es gibt einen Pool und einen therapeutischen Whirlpool, der das ganze Jahr über beheizt ist, ein Golfübungsgelände für die, die an die Gold Coast gekommen sind, um Golf zu spielen, und schöne Wanderwege drumherum.

Vom Flughafen Coolangatta halten Sie sich nördlich Richtung Brisbane auf dem Pacific Highway. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 40 Minuten, wenn Sie an Helensvale vorbei sind und auf der linken Seite "Wet & Wild" und die Movie World sehen, nehmen Sie die nächste Ausfahrt (Nr. 57, Oxenford und Mt. Tambourine). Bleiben Sie auf der linken Spur und biegen Sie rechts in die Old Brisbane Road ab. Dort folgen Sie der Karte zur Reserve Road und Bailey Mountain Road. Ruffles Losge ist am Ende der Ruffles Road.
Vom Flughafen Brisbane folgen Sie den Schildern zur Gold Coast. Nachdem Sie die Gateway Bridge überquert haben, fahren Sie weiter auf dem Gateway Motorway. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 45 Minuten. Wenn Sie an Yatala vorbei sind, suchen Sie Ausfahrt Nr. 49 (Pimpama und Jacobs Well). Überqueren Sie den Motorway und folgen Sie den Schildern nach Willow Vale, dann benutzen Sie die Karte von Rifle Range Road zu Hotham Creek Road. Das Ruffles Lodge ist am Ende der Ruffles Road. |
