"The room was clean but there was a heavy smoke smell in the room and we sprayed it but it still remained. The hallway had an even stronger smoke smell.
We stayed in another Sunroute Hotel in July and we didn''t have the same problem. " - Rene Nakama
"The hotel location is good for those arriving in Osaka main train Station. Rooms are small but this is typical for a business hotel in Japan. Staff spoke very little English but communication is still possible. The only negative was the breakfast selection, which for western food, is very poor. If possible western guests should book without paying for breakfast and get breakfast instead at one at the very many coffee shops in the area." - Trevor Donnellan
"The Hotel offers good service, but the rooms were very small. We had a double room and had problems opening our luggage, because of the tiny floorspace. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The location was also good." - Oskar Palva
"About Average for a Japanese "Business Hotel". However needs upgrading of rooms as they are becoming worn and tired looking" - Anonymous
