Service was EXCELLENT!! All the staff members were very friendly, always smiling and very willing to help with anything. The room was very spatious and clean. Everyone tries very hard to accommodate all your needs. Very modern and clean hotel, excellent reception area with bar, swimming pool and restaurant. The buffet breakfast slightly lacked variety. The hotel was abit far from most amenities such as the shopping mall and restaurants. Only way was to get a taxi going pass outside the hotel. But the staff members from the hotel willingly comes to help to catch a cab! Very lovely and friendly.

Nice hotel, nice swimming pool and nice staff. I liked it here.
Everything was good and nice. Service is excellent! Breakfast was not too bad either. Location is a little far from Kuta Square

This hotel provides excellent services! Very friendly and attentive staff and they will assist you on almost anything you need! My husband and I had such a wonderful time there. They need to improve on their menu though as they only have limited choices of selection for lunch and dinner.

Great rooms very large and well equipped, Restaurant was a little small and on main access to rooms, but pleasant waitress staff made dining a pleasure. I would stay again
An excellent hotel, the staff were very helpful going out of their way to help me. The only down point was the very busy road at the front, this did affect the inside of the hotel but you could not walk anywhere a taxi was needed. If you are brave enough to drive it woud be perfect.
