Room (13A) was tired - lots of marks on walls, light switch missing outer casing, hot/cold indicator not one flicker tap, bedspreads stained underneath. They usually charge $7/day for airconditioning (unexpected expense). Staff excellent. Toaster fried the power, they had a new toaster to us quickly. Pity it fried the power in the first place.

Lovely clean apartment. Staff very kind and helpfull. Fantastic for relaxing by the pool or in the spa. Great position for beach, shopping or dining out.
The bed spreads looked old and stained, and it was hard to tell if they were clean or just well used, I found them a bit scarey. The front door service from Les was excelllent.

My stay at 19th Avenue On The Beach Gold Coast was well beyond my expectations. I had a wonderful time and the apartment was perfect in every aspect.
The hotel meet our needs in every thing that was provided. When I was planning a getaway we decided if we were going we would do it well. 19th Avenue was the only one that I could find that had a spa in the room if you are going away for R & R you may as well enjoy what you want
This resort is very well equipped and offers a great variety of amenties with everything you could want or need at your disposal. We found the staff to be very helpful in any dealings that we had with them and they made us feel very welcome. We have stayed at many other resorts and have found 19th Avenue to be the best yet. We would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great holiday on the Gold Coast.
