"A wonderful view of the Old City from the restaurant - the food there is pretty good too. Plenty of choice at breakfast, although hot dishes are restricted to scrambled eggs and sausages. Had two evening meals in the restaurant - the food is excellent and there is an English menu!" - Anonymous

"Stayed in this hotel in early December 2008. The reception staff were very courtious and helpful. The hotel has a great location - right on the banks of the River Aude - looking straight at the Medieval Walled City of Carcossonne and just five minutes walk to the shopping district of Carcossonne / ten minutes walk to Carcossonne Railway Station. The hotel also has a rooftop breakfast room, which has an increadible view of the walled Medieval City of Carcossonne (not to be missed). The hotel was clean and comfortable.
