The Century Wharf development is located just 5 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of Mermaid Quay and 15-20 mins walk (2 mins drive) to the city centre, the Century Wharf development has proven the most successful in Cardiff for short stays. This is also due to the exclusive use of the fantastic on-site leisure facilities, including a 15m swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi and complimentary solarium.
The development is a gated community, only accessible with electronic fobs. The 24 hour concierge office doubles as a CCTV hub for the whole development. All apartments have video entry systems with direct dial to concierge.
We have a wide range of apartments in this particular development, from deluxe 1-beds to 2-bedroom penthouses. Our 3-bed sleeps 5 but can be increased to 6 using a z-bed!

From M4, take Junction 33 to Penarth, Barry and Airport, following the A4232 to Cardiff Bay. After the Penarth turn-off (ASDA on left), take next exit (brown sign for 'Techniquest'). At top of exit ramp, take the first exit on the roundabout. After 20 yards turn left, opposite Techniquest. At the end of the road turn left onto a main road. Take the first right after the Police Station. If you go over the river, you have gone too far! The entrance to the Century Wharf development is on your left.
Check-in Procedure:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Our office is not customer facing. Wherever possible a representative will meet you at the development. Check-in times are 12pm-8pm, Mon-Fri. If your arrival is outside these times, please let us know so we may make alternative arrangements. On receiving your booking, we shall contact you directly to confirm your details, check-in time and to take full payment. Once your check-in has been arranged, please inform us of any changes to your arrival time to avoid any delays.
Car parking:
Every apartment has one allocated car parking space. Visitor parking also available but on a first come, first served basis.
Child Policy:
Although we are able to provide additional occupancy* using a put-up bed with duvet, pillows, bedding and towels, we allow children up to the age of 12 to share with parents with no additional bedding supplied. Some apartments have a sofa bed in the lounge - if you require an apartment with sofa bed, please let us know. However, please note that we DO NOT allow any guests to sleep on sofas.
