The small entrance was difficult to see because a palm tree blocked the sign. The staff was very friendly. The room had a small fridge and a TV but no comfortable chair to sit and read. I had to pay $10 deposit to activate the phone in my room, made 5 calls with a prepaid phone card, and got $6 back when I checked out. They didn't say anything up front about charging a fee per call, but considering the way the upscale places sock it to you, it wasn't worth fussing about. There are many posh hotels in the area and families with kids, which made the sidewalks feel safe even at night.
Disneyland was reachable on foot (1 mile), you don't have to use one of the overcrowded buses! Internet was free avaiable, but quite slow!
Location of the hotel was excellent for a various activities in the area. The staff was helpful to answer any of our questions.
Good location - reasonably close to Disneyland. Not the best motel ever but considering the location and the price compared to other motels around it wasnt too bad. Staff were helpful.
Very cheap, but really shoddy hotel, with rather rude service. You get what you pay for, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
